A 64 GB DDR5-5600 registered ECC module supplied as Lenovo ThinkSystem option 4X77A88052 (TruDDR5) built on Samsung DRAM per the equipment register. It is bought to populate or expand memory in ThinkSystem V3 servers on 4th/5th-gen Intel Xeon Scalable; the catalog lists 2023 and 2026 production batches of the same module.

  • Lenovo ThinkSystem server from the ServerProven list — TruDDR5 DIMMs are validated for Lenovo platforms only
  • Mix only with DIMMs of the same capacity, rank and speed in a channel; follow the server population rules
  • Effective speed depends on CPU and DIMMs-per-channel; 5600 MT/s applies at 1 DPC on supported CPUs
